Web3 represents the breaking of a social paradigm in the use, sharing and exploitation of networked resources. However, in order to legitimize itself as a true emancipatory instrument, it needs to pay attention to the maximum inclusion of diverse places and people, ways of thinking and language beyond common sense.
In this sense, we believe that peripheral communities that until now have been isolated from the centers of power and participation need to be accessed, allowing the transformation of their creative power, their forms and systems of production into innovation, economy, creativity and regeneration.
However, in the Brazilian case, there is a huge educational and access deficit, making it necessary to create a link between the communities and their residents and the opportunities for social and technological development.
The favelas, the quebradas, hold a range of solutions, innovations, creativity and human potential. Beyond a romanticized and preconceived view of their potential, a closer look at their daily dynamics shows that they are in fact fertile environments in permanent movement.
The favelas are home to a huge contingent of companies and small businesses, which despite moving around US$ 24 billion per year, do not access the traditional financial mechanisms. The creative economy is an undeniable trait of social responsibility and a collective of great human potential. These characteristics represent great value for the entire Blockchain community.
Despite creating a unique movement, local artists and producers, the result of the diverse peoples, ethnicities, knowledge and traditions that transform the national culture, need help developing their work and continuing their projects. We want to build a bridge between Web3 projects and Blockchain protocols that truly have the disruptive character of fueling diversity, the integration of new places, perspectives and thoughts, giving them movement and the power of creation and innovation.
We will provide special services for cultural producers, artists and businesses, ensuring access to opportunities within the Blockchain space, through targeted content and a consulting process.
